During the open door day of Strijp-S, and at the same time the goodbye of the Strijp-X gallery, we treated the visitors with refreshing fruit snacks. --- photos by Daan Pothoven

step 1: the visitors could make their own fruit combination.
Step 2: Dip it in a delicious chocolate or vanilla sauce...
Step 3: Put the stick in a bowl filled with carbonic ice for one minute to freeze the fruit and sauce.
Limonade, presented in transparant balls, was cooled by a bionic ice cube, which caused mysterious clouds of smoke.
